TGS (Tokyo Game Show) is starting later today and there is already lots of information and announcements made. Since I do not want to make a big wall of text I’ll just make a brief comment and give out the links to the source. Enjoy.
This may be Capcom’s biggest announcement for TGS: The new Devil May Cry game for PS3. (Link)
Temco Kohei showed us a poster of Ninja Gaiden 3 and announced that the game is in its early development stages. (Link)
EA showed a video of their new DLC, Battlefield: Bad Company 2: Vietnam. (Link)
Microsoft announced a partnership with the publisher Spike to bring back life to Fire Pro Wrestling series to be released for the X360. (Link)
Microsoft announced a new game for Kinect called Haunt. This will be a “Kawaii”/Cute game with a horror house setting. (Link)
Sega also announced a horror game for the Kinect with the name Rise of Nightmares. This will not be as “Kawaii” as Haunt. (Link)
Another game for Kinect called Codename D from Grasshopper Manufacture was also announced. Not much information yet but apparently it is an action game with no guns or swords in a carnival setting. (Link)
Project Draco was also announced for Kintect. Not much is known but you ride a dragon as your mount. (Link)
The Steel Battalion franchise is also making its way to the X360 and the Kinect. Now without the need for the extreme controller it was sold with earlier. A trailer was also shown. (Link)
Hideo Kojima announced the Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater game for 3DS to be released in 2011. (Link)
Sony announced the release of The Last Guardian to be in the holidays of 2011 for Japan but made no statement for the English version. (Link / Link)

With that in mind The Last Guardian’s predecessors Ico and The Shadow of the Colossus will be released in a remastered version on Blu-Ray and with 3D support for the PS3. (Link)
With 3D in mind Sony announced that they are releasing a firmware patch for 3D Blu-Ray playback. The release of the patch is set for September 21. (Link)
